We are experiencing demanding growth across our embedded programmes and are seeking to build our database of worker welfare, labour rights and HSE consultants in the Middle East.

We are seeking consultants of all levels to deliver high quality worker welfare, labour rights and HSE support to clients across the region. If you would like to be considered for any of the roles that will be coming online in 2023 and beyond, please submit your CV below.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Assessing employment practices, employer-provided accommodation and transport
  • Interviewing workers about their working conditions and delivering training on worker welfare subjects
  • Delivering detailed written reports in accurate and concise English and upload these to an online platform
  • Ensuring good quality and timely deliverables with clear presentation of findings
  • Undertaking ad-hoc investigations into grievances and issues reported by workers
  • Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years’ worker welfare and labour rights experience (audit, investigations, compliance, Human Resources)
  • NEBOSH and IOSH HSE qualifications.
  • Competence in relevant languages: English, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Tamil, Punjabi, Malayalam, Tagalog
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Experience of working within a construction environment is preferable
