About the team

In this role, you’d be joining the Workplace Experience and Food Operations team which is part of the broader Finance organization. The mission of the Stripe Workplace team is to build and operate inspirational work environments uniquely designed for productivity and wellbeing. What you’ll do

We're looking for an organized, flexible, and detail-oriented person who's enthusiastic about - and has a driving need to deliver-the best possible workplace experience for Stripes. You’ll support the day-to-day office management for our Bangalore office, with potential to remotely support smaller offices in the APAC region. 

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of Front Office Coordinators to ensure operations are up to Stripe standard
  • Ensure prompt and positive responses aligned with Stripe expectations of customer support and protocol to office incidents and requests
  • Act as a point of contact for Stripes seeking help navigating all aspects of their workplace; both in-person and by email/Slack
  • Support and manage office events and onsites
  • Manage and update internal office content or resources as needed
  • Provide exceptional delivery of services to the highest standards meeting business and customer expectations
  • Support on-site FM services and vendor initiatives
  • Conduct regular site audits + inspections to assess and review standards and implementing corrective actions to maintain office in good working condition
  • Conduct weekly floor walks and document audit information
  • Support with remotely managed sites in APAC as needed
  • Systems onboarding of new vendors including vendor access tracking
  • Day to day vendor management including raising issue with vendors and follow-up on progress and ensure that issue is resolved within expected SLA
  • Ensure that regular maintenance are being performed by vendors and tracked on PPM calendar
  • PO creation and management
  • Provide operational support for new and existing Experience Programs
  • Provide feedback on programs to be shared with regional managers for incorporation into existing and new programs.
  • Support space planning programs through regular audits of the space and updating site specific space planning resources/documentation as needed
  • Headcount adjustments for lunch programming to meet needs of Stripes at sites where there is no Food Operations team
  • Coordinate with security any changes in personnel or badging needs of vendor contractors
  • Updating or providing operational workplace input on cross functional partner and cross team pillar resources with site specific content as needed
  • Plus other duties, as we grow

Minimum requirements

  • 3+ years of Workplace experience in a high growth company with a fast-paced environment or other relevant qualification
  • A proven ability to juggle multiple deadlines and projects; be highly organized with analytical skills. The ability to thrive in a fast paced workplace with rapidly changing priorities
  • Possess a high level of IT literacy and outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Be flexible and dependable with ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience prioritizing multiple customer requests and coordinate effective and supportive responses in a fast-paced environment 
  • A knack for solving problems and spotting inefficiencies
  • An orientation toward rolling up your sleeves to get things done
  • A driving need to deliver the best possible experience—you may have been called a perfectionist once or twice

Preferred qualifications

  • An understanding of hard services including HVAC, BMS, lighting and smart building systems
  • Familiarity with PPM management, permit to work processes, health, safety and fire regulations
