YouFoodz HR Manager
Job description
As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Youfoodz HR Team which forms part of People Operations for the HelloFresh Group. This exciting role partners with the business and leads and coaches their team to provide strategic and operational advice on people related matters that drive compliance, employee engagement and overall high performance.
Now operating under the HelloFresh Group, the continued success of YouFoodz comes from knowing emerging market trends, understanding and listening to our Customers and then taking this knowledge and adding some Youfoodz flavour.
You will….
- Provide advice and coaching to direct reports on day to day people related matters to build their capability.
- Manage complex employee and industrial relations matters ensuring that risk mitigation and cost avoidance strategies are in place.
- Support compliance with relevant legislation, including contributing to the preparation of relevant reporting.
- Work closely with Payroll and Workplace Health and Safety teams to provide support.
- Ensure fair and equitable frameworks and systems are upheld across the business.
- Support cyclical people processes including; reward and recognition, performance reviews, development planning and salary reviews.
- Manage and actively contribute to change initiatives applying organisational change management tools and practices to ensure the people related aspects of change are successfully managed and benefits are realised.
- Contribute to HelloFresh Group people related projects and programs by providing guidance and recommendations on what is relevant and effective for YouFoodz driving positive employee experiences and organisational outcomes.
- Drive and lead continuous improvement initiatives for the YouFoodz Team enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
- Oversee, draft and send employee and manager communications.
- Create and contribute to the development of and implement cultural initiatives to help embed our values.
- Contribute to policy and procedure development and maintenance
You have…
- A Bachelor’s degree or Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.
- Experience in a Human Resources advisory or business partnering role.
- Hands on experience in management of employee or industrial relations matters.
- Direct experience in leading a Human Resources Team.
- Detail-oriented, inherent drive when managing change and continuous improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Location: Karawatha, Brisbane
Duration: This is a 6 month fixed term contract position covering for someone on parental leave. You must have the right to work in Australia.
