TransferGo is an international fintech brand, offering online money transfers across the world with high speed, low fees and no hassle. We’re a multilingual bunch of people, working from offices in London, Vilnius, Kaunas, Berlin, Istanbul and Warsaw – and we’re still growing!

At TransferGo, we’re on a mission to make moving money globally as simple and easy as sending a text. Targeting the right users on the right placements at the right moment is key in our growth efforts, and to make sure we’re doing that in the best way possible, we’re now looking for a talented Youtube & Display Ads Specialist to work in our Performance Marketing team in the London office (for now remotely) 5 days per week as a freelancer initially, with the possibility to join with a permanent contract in the near future.

You’ll report to Diego Vazquez Zubeldia, our Performance Marketing Director.

Here’s what you’ll be doing

• Set up and manage Youtube, GDN and other Display campaigns globally
• Monitor campaigns, optimising where necessary and produce weekly/monthly reports
• Define account strategy and plan campaigns to meet the growth objectives per hub.
• Creating A/B tests and tracking them through to outcome
• Coordination with the developers for the tracking of the user journey on our site
• Brief Design & Copy teams about the necessary assets to build the campaigns
• Discuss and coordinate with the growth management team the plan and execution of the campaigns as well as the communication of the results.

Requirements

Here’s what we’d love from our new Youtube & Display Ads Specialist:

• 2+ years’ demonstrable experience of developing and managing successful campaigns across Youtube, Display and other programmatic platforms
• Experience of implementing and using tracking tools such as Google Campaign Manager, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Experience with A/B testing
• Ambitious self-starter, willing to show initiative
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
• Experience managing paid search campaigns would be beneficial
• 2nd language would be a plus
