We are seeking an AI Technical Program Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of AI-enabled solutions for Razor clients across complex, cross-functional environments. This role will help advance Razor’s AI capabilities by supporting go-to-market planning, identifying business development opportunities, developing client-ready solutions, and promoting the value of AI across current and prospective client engagements.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical program management experience, expertise in developing AI solutions, and the ability to partner effectively with internal teams and Razor clients to translate business needs into scalable, responsible, outcome-driven solutions that support client delivery and go-to-market growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support go-to-market planning for Razor’s AI service offerings, including solution positioning, delivery approach, client readiness, and value messaging
- Support business development by identifying opportunities where AI, automation, data or technology solutions can address client needs
- Contribute to client discovery, solution scoping, and proposals for AI-enabled engagements
- Develop AI-enabled solutions in partnership with Razor clients and internal teams, from design through rollout
- Contribute to process improvement, delivery standardization, reusable assets, and scalable operating models that support AI-enabled programs, technical initiatives, and go-to-market growth
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to varied audiences, including technical teams, operational teams, business stakeholders, and executives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in AI, computer science, engineering, information systems, data, business, project management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in AI development, technical program management, technology delivery, software, data, automation, or related client-facing environments
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional technical initiatives with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, timelines, and client priorities
- Experience supporting client discovery, solution scoping, proposals, go-to-market planning, and business development for technical services
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills
- Familiarity with responsible AI, model evaluation, data governance, privacy, security, compliance, or operational risk considerations
- Experience developing reusable delivery assets, playbooks, templates, client-ready materials, dashboards, roadmaps, scorecards, or governance materials
