Junior Sales Development Representative (Inbound)

TLDR

Respond to inbound leads, qualify potential customers, address sales objections, and pass booked demo calls to account executives.

You’ll be solving challenges for top-tier clients and collaborating with industry professionals. We’ll fuel your professional growth with vast internal and external learning resources and an environment of teaming up and knowledge sharing.

In this role, you'll:

  • Respond via email/phone to all inbound inquiries from leads generated by the marketing team.
  • Communicate with potential customers, qualify them to ensure a good fit (ICP).
  • Respond to any sales objections and answer questions presented by potential customers.
  • Work closely with account executives, passing on the leads when demo calls are booked.

    • Your skills & experience:

  • Good communication skills and command of written and spoken English.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, relentlessness, ability to see the entire picture and willingness to listen to other opinions.
  • Previous experience working in sales. 
  • Background in technology or related industry.

    • Nice to have:

  • Data driven approach to sales.
  • Experience with sales management tools (Outreach tools, CRM tools, etc.).

    • Salary & Benefits:

  • Gross salary: 1800 - 2200 EUR/month + bonuses. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
