Who you are 

You’re a motivated B2B sales person seeking a new challenge. Nurturing both inbound leads and hunting your own using our top-tier market intelligence tools,  you have a knack for creating instant bonds with prospects and colleagues alike in the new hybrid work environment. You’re a quick learner and self-motivated to work independently - no one’s holding your hand here! You’re results-oriented, and openly share your ideas for improvements to workflows and methods to get even better results, faster. 

You know how to close, and all that goes with it - perseverance, creativity, hustle, problem-solving, and empathy. You see opportunity in objection. The phrase “That’s how we’ve always done it” makes your skin crawl.  Bonus points if you come from the Real Estate or AEC industry.

Our sales team is looking for someone who can hop in and execute at a high level.


Responsibilities

  • Hit or exceed your sales targets
  • Target prospective companies leveraging our data intelligence software and industry know-how
  • Demonstrate the software to prospective clients generated both from inbound and outbound
  • Diligent follow-up with trialing prospects through to closing the deal.
  • Manage deal flow for trialing prospects and assisting the team as needed
  • Report on revenue results and make recommendations to leadership on changes to be made
  • Effective communication with your team members. Team camaraderie is important to you. As events resume, some travel will be required.

Skills & experience

  • Real estate industry experience preferred
  • Ideally 3 years in a B2B SaaS sales role
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding your targets
  • Familiarity with using a CRM (we use Hubspot)
  • Successful in both prospecting and converting inbound leads
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accustomed to / comfortable with selling at an ACV between 5- $10k

Travel:
Yes: A minimum of 2 times per year for a company retreat.
