At Curbio you will:
- Manage a portfolio of real estate brokerage accounts, from acquisition, to onboarding, to account growth.
- Generate leads that ultimately turn into sales sourced from brokerage partnerships.
- Sign 50-70 new partnerships in a year with real estate brokerages in the US.
- Nurture the relationship with brokerage leaders to continuously sell the value of Curbio for agents and the brokerage, ultimately growing the volume of sales from the partnership over time.
- Manage channel enablement through regular relationship management and QBRs.
- Become an expert in Curbio’s services and value propositions.
- Engage with real estate brokerage leaders and individual realtors who are interested in partnering with Curbio.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales.
- Experience working with business leaders (VP and up) within enterprise organizations or similar.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Proficiency with Hubspot CRM or similar tool a bonus.
- Hungry to help grow a program from early stages to revenue machine.
- Experience working in a high growth environment.
