Account Manager

Join our team at Piwik PRO, where we develop a privacy-focused analytics suite used by organizations around the globe. As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in building strong, long-term relationships with our clients - all while collaborating with experienced professionals and having a real impact on the direction of our product.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Take care of existing clients
- Support them in getting the most out of our platform
- Build long-term partnerships, understand client needs, and advise them on use cases
- Spot opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within client organizations
- Handle contract renewals and prepare tailored commercial proposals
- Negotiate deals and close agreements based on client-specific sales plans
- Act as the go-to escalation point for business-related issues
- Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Support, Product, Implementation)
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to advocate for client needs
We need you to have:
- Excellent command of English (C1); German or French is a big plus
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in account management, customer service, or enterprise software sales (min. 1 year)
- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand business needs and propose value-adding solutions
- Strong organization skills
- Willingness to learn technical details of our product
- Exceptional time management skills

- knowledge of digital marketing, web analytics, or marketing tools
- experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, Sales, or Implementation
