For us to succeed in digitising the hair and beauty industry, our ambitious Partner Success team drive higher software adoption, measure performance and increase retention of our existing partner base.

We’re not stopping anytime soon and have huge growth plans for our UK&I markets. To ensure we truly support our partners, we need to dedicate our effort to help them understand the full benefits of Treatwell’s SaaS, so they know how the tools can support them and why they will help their business.

This is an incredibly dynamic role, and your responsibilities will drive you to think commercially and strategically and have a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

You’ll need to understand our partners, identify the best channels to contact them on, how to measure their performance, and keep them updated on the information they need to be successful.

You will be responsible for:

  • Becoming the partner advocate in Treatwell, collaborating with our Product, Development, Marketing and Sales teams
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and ambassador of change for our partners and help them change the way they work to achieve their business goals
  • Driving software usage by engaging with our partners. Build and execute segment-specific relationship frameworks, including regularly scheduled status calls and in-person meetings.
  • Developing strategies to mitigate churn
  • Meeting net retention and software usage targets through data-driven analysis, planning and execution
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, strategic account planning and promote internal advocacy.

About You:

  • You are a resilient problem solver, constantly seeking to identify opportunities to engage and add value to our partners.
  • You are a strategic thinker, able to align our value proposition and anticipate our partner’s needs given changes in behaviours.
  • Persuasive and inspirational, you are comfortable dealing with ambiguity and know how to advocate our value proposition to create excitement and commitment in our partners.
  • Genuinely passionate about scale, you leverage technology and automation to make a meaningful impact on thousands of partners at once.
  • You like to dig into processes and find opportunities to improve ways of working to support growth.
  • You are a strong communicator, able to build rapport and influence both partners and colleagues.
  • A team player, motivated by the success of the team as well as your performance
  • Target-driven, with a proven commitment to execution and achievement of long-term results, demonstrated by longevity and success in previous roles.
