Accounts Clerk

TLDR

Support inventory and accounts processes, including daily reconciliations, supplier and bank reconciliations, and expense updates within a Massy operation.

Massy Gas Products (Guyana) Ltd is seeking to recruit a dynamic individual for the position of Accounts Clerk.



RESPONSIBILITIES:         

  • Daily inventory reconciliations.
  • Processing of inventory journals.
  • Complete monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Balancing of local and overseas supplier reconciliations.
  • Balancing of cash takings.
  • Reconciliation of suspense accounts monthly.
  • Assist with cheque preparation.
  • Update expense schedules as required.
  • Participate in stock-taking exercises.
  • To assist with any other duties assigned.



JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 CXC / O’ Level subjects including Math, English and Accounts
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Pursuing CAT qualifications would be an asset.
