THE ROLE
Reporting to Accounts Payable Lead, you will have an important role within the financial operations of the business. Working together with the finance team to achieve the department and team goals, ensuring efficient, timely and accurate information.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be the main point of contact for all questions related to onboarding vendors;
- Be in a position to support vendors in his understanding for our requirements and expectations in his digital onboarding through our portal;
- Maintain correctly and timely all master data according the SLA´s;
- Manage our JIRA tickets portal, related with master data;
- Validate and approve all vendor forms submitted in the portal;
- Validate all master data related to 1099 tax report;
- Analyze and correct anomalies related with Vendors Forms;
- Support T&E for the master data onboarding employees;
- Be the main point for contact vendors by phone when needed;
WHO YOU ARE
- Graduated in Administration or similar subject is a plus;
- A professional with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in accounts payable;
- Knowledge of Banking risk;
- Knowledge of payment methods (BACS; SEPA; ACH; CB)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Experienced with Microsoft Office, mainly Excel;
- Experienced with Microsoft D365 and Coupa Software is a plus;
