2. Key Responsibilities
2.1 Packaging Material Management
- Oversee and control the receipt (stock-in) and issuance (stock-out) of all packaging materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all packaging layers and categories.
- Monitor and report material consumption across all operational levels.
- Ensure adequate stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
- Bubble Materials – Manage procurement, storage, and usage tracking.
- Booster Materials – Monitor stock levels and consumption rates.
- Customer-Specific Materials – Handle materials designated for individual customer accounts.
- Customization Materials – Oversee materials used for customized packaging requests.
- Customization Requests – Coordinate and process all packaging customization orders.
- Maintain a comprehensive register of company assets.
- Track asset movements, assignments, and returns.
- Coordinate asset maintenance, repairs, and disposals as required.
- Conduct periodic asset audits and submit reports to management.
- Ensure proper documentation for all asset transactions.
- Prepare and submit regular inventory and consumption reports.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all documentation (physical and digital).
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and warehouse teams for material requirements.
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or administration.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
