Admin Supervisor

Oversees packaging materials, asset management, and admin processes to optimize inventory control and operational efficiency.

2. Key Responsibilities

2.1  Packaging Material Management

  • Oversee and control the receipt (stock-in) and issuance (stock-out) of all packaging materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for all packaging layers and categories.
  • Monitor and report material consumption across all operational levels.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
  • 2.2  Packaging Categories Coverage

    • Bubble Materials – Manage procurement, storage, and usage tracking.
    • Booster Materials – Monitor stock levels and consumption rates.
    • Customer-Specific Materials – Handle materials designated for individual customer accounts.
    • Customization Materials – Oversee materials used for customized packaging requests.
    • Customization Requests – Coordinate and process all packaging customization orders.
    • 2.3  Assets Management

      • Maintain a comprehensive register of company assets.
      • Track asset movements, assignments, and returns.
      • Coordinate asset maintenance, repairs, and disposals as required.
      • Conduct periodic asset audits and submit reports to management.
      • Ensure proper documentation for all asset transactions.
      • 2.4  Administration Tasks

        • Prepare and submit regular inventory and consumption reports.
        • Maintain organized filing systems for all documentation (physical and digital).
        • Coordinate with procurement, operations, and warehouse teams for material requirements.
        • Support HR and management with administrative tasks as assigned.
        • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or administration.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
