What You'll Be Doing
- Develop global travel policy and strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives.
- Negotiate with airlines and hotels to secure discounts and flexible cancellation options, while driving cost control and conducting ROI analysis and cost management.
- Lead the integration of travel data with expense control and financial systems, create data dashboards, track compliance, costs, and satisfaction, and optimize based on data-driven insights.
- Drive the digitization and automation of travel processes to enhance efficiency.
- Assist employees in making reservations in accordance with company travel policies, showcasing strong skills in international travel booking and problem solving.
- Support the completion of ad-hoc tasks or projects as needed.
- Decision support/risk identification: be able to stay vigilant with and analyse the potential outcomes of various decisions and provide recommendations/ solutions on the best course of action to balance.
What We Look For In You

Bachelor’s degree or higher, with proven experience in international travel booking

Prior experience with visa process and immigration policies is preferred

Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English

Good communication , strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and able to work under pressure

Meticulous, organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to multitask

Proactive and pleasant personality, great team work

Able to work diligently and independently under time constraints
