AI Implementation Specialist

TLDR

Drive customer adoption of AI-powered fashion design workflows by leading onboarding, training, and workflow integration to production-ready outputs.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will drive customer success by enabling effective adoption of AI-powered fashion workflows and ensuring users gain maximum value from the platform. You will be responsible for onboarding, training, and ongoing support while continuously improving enablement resources.

  • Lead onboarding sessions, live trainings, and working sessions to help new users become productive quickly
  • Provide ongoing customer support through email, Slack, Loom, live calls, and support channels, troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Guide customers in applying AI tools to real-world fashion workflows such as design, DPC, product development, and visual creation
  • Monitor customer usage patterns and feedback to identify friction points, training gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Escalate technical bugs and product issues with clear documentation, context, and reproduction steps to Product and Engineering teams
  • Create and maintain onboarding materials, training decks, documentation, Loom videos, and workflow guides
  • Partner with Customer Success to support adoption, retention, and expansion efforts
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay customer insights and improve usability and product experience
  • Stay up to date on product releases and AI tooling trends relevant to fashion and design workflows
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate brings a blend of fashion industry expertise, technical curiosity, and strong customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to teach and support complex creative workflows.

    • 3–7+ years of experience in fashion-related roles such as design, accessory design, DPC, CAD, 3D, product development, or design operations
    • Hands-on experience with digital product creation workflows including PLM, CAD, 3D design, or virtual product development
    • Strong visual and aesthetic understanding of fashion products, including garments, materials, prints, and styling
    • Experience in training, enablement, customer support, or user education in a professional environment
    • Comfortable working directly with designers, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues independently before escalating
    • Ability to quickly learn new software tools and clearly explain workflows to non-technical users
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
    • Familiarity with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT, or Adobe Firefly
    • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
    • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
