Join us as an AI Transformation Specialist and help our clients reinvent the way they work with the latest AI tools – from the very first sales conversation all the way to hands-on delivery! 🚀 

Your future tasks: 

• Driving the full consulting cycle: from mapping client needs and shaping AI use cases, through writing proposals and running demos, to delivering the actual project.Driving the full AI consulting and implementation cycle: from mapping client needs and defining and analyzing AI use cases, through proposal writing and demos, to supporting solution delivery, user training, and other tasks related to AI adoption. 

• Assessing and evaluating client business processes, identifying where AI can create real value, and designing concrete AI-powered solutions that fit into their workflows. 

• Building, configuring and testing AI solutions on platforms such as Anthropic Claude / Cowork – turning ideas into working tools (we'll teach you the platform in depth). 

• Running workshops and training sessions, onboarding client teams, and making sure they can confidently use the solutions we deliver. 

• Acting as the bridge between the client and our experts – you don't need to code, but you should ask the right business questions and translate them into solutions. 

• Keeping up with the fast-moving GenAI landscape and bringing in fresh ideas to improve our consulting offering and internal ways of working. 
  

What we expect from You: 

• Completed Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business, economics, AI/IT or related field 

• 2–4 years of relevant experience, ideally in consulting, business analysis, project delivery or a client-facing role (medior level) 

• Interest and hands-on familiarity with AI tools; experience with a higher-level platform (e.g. Anthropic Claude / Cowork) is a plus – we'll teach you the rest 

• Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills – you're comfortable in front of clients, whether selling an idea or running a workshop 

• A proactive, ownership mindset and the ability to juggle several clients and projects at once 

• You're comfortable with a hybrid way of working and happy to spend 2–3 days per week in the office 

• Fluent Hungarian (internal communication) and at least intermediate English, as we work with international clients
