AI Upskilling & Growth Lead
TLDR
Lead AI upskilling programs for educators and government partners, drive adoption of AI-enabled education solutions, and align training with public-sector initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of AI upskilling programs for principals, teachers, and education stakeholders.
* Support government RFPs, public-sector mandates, grant-funded initiatives, and strategic education programs in Hong Kong.
* Serve as a trusted facilitator and program manager for AI professional development, ensuring educators develop the confidence and discernment to evaluate and adopt AI tools responsibly.
* Partner with schools, government bodies, and education organizations to identify needs, manage relationships, and support successful implementation.
* Convert educator engagement and program participation into qualified sales opportunities for Lirvana Labs’ products.
* Collaborate with product, partnerships, and leadership teams to align training delivery with market needs and customer feedback.
* Own program milestones, stakeholder communication, reporting, and operational execution.
* Support revenue growth through sales enablement, customer education, and post-program follow-up.
Ideal Candidate
* Support government RFPs, public-sector mandates, grant-funded initiatives, and strategic education programs in Hong Kong.

* Experience in product sales, business development, partnerships, or customer success, ideally in education, AI, SaaS, or professional learning.
* Strong program management experience, including the ability to coordinate complex multi-stakeholder initiatives.
* Familiarity with government RFPs, public-sector education programs, or institutional procurement is highly desirable.
* Confident facilitator with the ability to engage principals, teachers, government stakeholders, and senior decision-makers.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with experience owning outcomes, programs, revenue targets, or P&L a strong bonus.
* Highly organized, commercially aware, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin fluency preferred.
* Passion for AI in education and improving learning, teaching, and school operations through responsible technology adoption.
