Due to major growth we are expanding our Payments, Trust and Safety team in Manila and currently looking for an AMOE Specialist to join the team. 

The AMOE Specialist will audit postal requests and check for any fraudulent activity through his/her expertise and attention to detail. 

Key responsibilities will include:

• Identify entries that have not followed all the rules.
• Identify players who have followed terms and conditions.
• Facilitate timely and efficient processing of postal requests that satisfy all the requirements.
• Be reliable and available for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively and concisely with customers
• Consult with the AMOE Team Lead, Operations Manager, and other department as required on escalated cases. 
• Other deliverables and outcomes as directed by the COMPANY from time to time.

What you will bring to the role:

• A minimum of 6 months anti-fraud or related experience in investigation process is nice to have. 
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Ensures high standards, initiative and able to solve complex problems with minor supervision
• Being meticulous and showing close attention to all of the small details of the task
• Demonstrate the curiosity and drive to get to the root of a problem
• Customer-focused - giving excellent customer experience to ensure customer’s satisfaction
