Analyst, Product Management

Signify Health is looking for a Data Analyst within the Product Organization to support patient identification analytics within our ecosystem, Episode Connect, and allow the management of value-based programs.

Currently Signify Health is partnered and integrated with over 1000+ acute care facilities across the country to help manage patients and drive them towards healthier and happier days at home.

We are currently expanding our team to support existing and new data integration with partners. This position requires an eager to learn mind with good project execution skills; an understanding of the healthcare data landscape; and the tenacity to execute against competing deliverables in a timely, high-quality fashion. The role will support internal and external stakeholders for data integration and patient identification related projects.  This role reports to the Product Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Develop ad-hoc and planned analytical reports for internal performance using data from warehouse, AWS infrastructure and communicate insights from analysis to cross functional business teams for actionable operational improvements
• Work with clients or partners on data gap analysis in order to be liaison between partner and internal Signify Health teams
• Understand Partners’ data landscape and work with both partner and internal operations teams to develop/assist in design and implementation of data integration processes
• Collaborative in nature and willing to dig in with technical leads to provide solutions
• Effective written and verbal communicator, comfortable with leading conference calls and meetings with multiple teams/different expertise
• Ability to communicate technical results in different ways based on the intended audience with thoughtful, concise, and deliberate content analysis

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in analytical work experience
• Expert user of Python, SQL, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Organizational and critical thinking skills, meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects

Preferred Knowledge/Experience:

• Experience with AWS infrastructure
• Data Science background is preferred not required
• Clinical informatics and coding
• Hospital systems/EHR, Practice Management Systems
• Implementing and/or integrating healthcare software applications
• Hands on experience with HL7 v2
