Analyste des comptes débiteurs / Accounts Receivable Analyst
L’analyste des comptes débiteurs relèvera du directeur des comptes débiteurs et du crédit et fera partie intégrante de l’équipe de comptabilité, avec des responsabilités couvrant le cycle de vie complet de la gestion des réclamations, des rapprochements et des procédures de fin de mois.
Fonctions et responsabilités :
•Assumer la responsabilité du cycle complet avec les rétrofacturations/contestations, y compris les approbations, la documentation et la demande dans MBI.
•Analyser et documenter les processus manuels/systémiques actuels et proposer des améliorations pour accroître l’efficacité et la précision.
•Assumer la responsabilité du rapprochement et de l’analyse des comptes, y compris la préparation des relevés du compte.
•Déterminer et résoudre les divergences; préparer et traiter les transactions appropriées dans le système ERP.
•Effectuer le suivi des mouvements de trésorerie pour le recouvrement (contestations, déductions).
•Analyser et fournir des renseignements au gestionnaire de crédit et des comptes débiteurs sur demande.
•Autres tâches et projets selon les besoins.
Qualités et compétences :
•Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (en français et en anglais pour communiquer avec les membres de l'équipe internationale).
•Expérience avec les principaux détaillants américains.
•Fortes compétences organisationnelles; capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à respecter les échéances.
•Solides aptitudes pour l’analyse et souci du détail.
•Capacité de gérer une charge de travail importante (20 à 50 comptes).
•Travailleur autonome, mais en même temps, bon esprit d’équipe.
•Solides compétences en informatique, notamment avec les logiciels Microsoft (V-lookups, Formulas, etc.).
Formation et expérience :
•DEC ou DEP en comptabilité ou en finance.
•Minimum de cinq ans d’expérience dans un rôle pertinent.

The Accounts Receivable Analyst will be working from our Montreal, QC office on a hybrid model. He/She will report to the AR/Credit Manager and be an integral part of the accounting team with responsibilities covering the complete lifecycle of claim management, reconciliations, and month-end procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Full cycle with the chargebacks/disputes including approvals, documentation, and application in MBI
•Analyze and document actual manual/system processes and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy
•Account reconciliation and analysis including preparing statements of account
•Identify and resolve discrepancies; Prepare and process proper transactions in the ERP system
•Follow-up on the collection cash-flow (disputes, deductions)
•Analyze and provide information to the AR/Credit Manager upon request
•Other duties and projects as assigned
Attributes and Skills:
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.(in French and English in order to communicate with international team members)
•Experience with US major retailers
•Strong organizational skills-able to multi-task and meet deadlines
•Strong analysis skills and detail orientation
•Ability to handle large volume workload (20-50 accounts)
•Autonomous worker but at the same time good team player
•Strong computer skills with Microsoft software (V-lookups, Formulas, etc.)
Education and Experience:
•DEC or DEP in Accounting or Finance
•Minimum 5 years' experience in a pertinent role
