App Performance - Senior Executive

We’re looking for a smart and detail-oriented App Performance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a solid background in app performance campaigns, understands the ad tech ecosystem, and can drive measurable results for user acquisition.

What You'll Do

1. Manage the end-to-end setup, execution, and optimization of app install and performance campaigns.
2. Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and platforms to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
3. Track and analyze campaign performance against key KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, etc.).
4. Handle tracking setup and validation, ensuring accurate data flow and attribution.
5. Monitor and flag any discrepancies, fraud patterns, or delivery issues proactively.

Who You Are

1. 1–2 years of experience in ad operations, preferably in the mobile app marketing space.
2. Familiarity with the digital ad ecosystem: DSPs, SSPs, ad networks, tracking platforms, etc. 
3. Working knowledge of MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust) and fraud prevention tools is a plus.
4. Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance data and campaign dashboards.
