Apprenticeship - R&D Quality – Software Orientation

Join the R&D Quality team, working closely with the Firmware, Cloud, Mobile Applications, Electronics, Security, Industrialization, and Product teams. 
As an R&D Quality Apprentice – Software Orientation, you will contribute to the reliability, performance, and compliance of the software embedded in our connected products. 
This position will give you a comprehensive understanding of the IoT product development lifecycle, its overall life cycle, and the quality processes applied to software development. 

Contribute to ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of software solutions (firmware, cloud, applications) and support the improvement of internal quality processes. 

• Monitor the quality of firmware, cloud, and application developments by applying internal quality processes, participating in risk analysis, ensuring traceability, and following up on associated actions. 

• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to updating internal processes (checklists, qualification matrices, templates). 

• Apply Quality best practices and support the deployment of the Quality Radar Group within R&D teams. 

• Student in Master Engineering (Software, Embedded, Systems, Electronics, or generalist with an interest in software quality). 

• Interest in IoT, software development, and product testing. 

• Basic understanding of software lifecycle, versioning, and testing concepts. 

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar issue‑tracking/documentation systems is a plus. 

Soft Skills 

• Rigorous, curious, and motivated to learn. 

• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset. 

• Ability to analyze problems and seek solutions methodically.
