Designs for new construction and renovations using CAD, ensuring functional, safe, sustainable, and visually appealing buildings while coordinating with site visits and approvals.
Purpose of the position:
Creating designs for new construction projects, alterations and redevelopments.
Utilisation of specialist construction knowledge and high-level drawing skills to
design buildings that are functional, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing.
- Designing- Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
- Approvals- work closely with the legal department in getting building approvals.
- Regular visits to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings.
- Manage and supervise construction sites alongside Quantity Surveyor.
- Minimum of MSc Architecture
- Nigerian Institute of Architects Certification
- Health & Safety Certification
- Minimum, 4 years experience.
