Cask is seeking a high-performing, results-oriented individual to assist our clients in adopting and adapting SPM/ ITBM best practices in the most efficient and effective way ensuring maximum return on their investment. The ideal candidate will possess a broad and deep technical understanding of the ServiceNow Platform with specific focus on the applications in the Strategic Portfolio Management Suite of Products, and be able to drive the best solutions for customers, working with Cask business consultants, product engineers, and clients.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/ITBM) technical knowledge and expertise to Cask SPM delivery team, customers, and stakeholders
  • Participate in business process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current/to-be processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders, supporting the Cask SPM Business Consultants
  • Design, configure, test, document, and deploy platform solutions to the environment
  • Provide technical insight into the solutioning for the best customer experience and value proposition
  • Primary liaison with customers for operational concerns including system health and planning for patches/upgrades
  • Ensure tool configuration consistency across development, testing, and production environments
  • Implement and enhance ServiceNow platform and modules per business requirements
  • Keep current with new ServiceNow capabilities and technologies
  • Assist in translating business requirements into technical requirements
  • Oversee or complete configuration, reporting and workflow administration to support business processes on the platform
  • Formulate testing approaches and test cases and document them
  • Create technical architecture and technical specification documentation
  • Participate in/conduct code walkthroughs and ensure Cask coding standards are met
  • Manage and communicate process, business, and technical requirements to the developers/engineers as a bridge to ensure that the proposed solutions meet the customer's expectations.
  • Assess and prepare technical documents, analyses, and briefings in support of business management and technology delivery environments (for Financial Management, Business Planning Portal, Alignment Planner. Innovation, Demand, Resource, Time, Project, Program, Portfolio Management, Agile Development, Test & Release Management, etc.)
  • Consistently and proactively meet deadlines for project deliverables, such as user stories, technical design documentation, technical knowledge transfer documents, etc.
  • Communicate and partner with Cask business consultants, client owners, and managers on how business management process improvement(s) can be achieved in the SPM tool set
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions and enable the customer to envision the possibilities on the ServiceNow platform

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of and experience with ServiceNow platform with a specific focus on the Strategic Portfolio Management suite of products (Financial Management, Business Planning Portal, Alignment Planner, Innovation, Demand, Resource, Time, Project, Program, Portfolio Management, Agile Development, Test & Release Management, etc.)
  • 3 years of demonstrated ServiceNow Administration experience
  • 5 years proven experience in Information Technology and Information Systems
  • Demonstrated experience communicating complex ideas with stakeholders and building collaborative relationships with team members, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Authenticity, self-awareness, resiliency, and curiosity
  • Domain knowledge and experience with Strategic Portfolio Management practice capabilities a plus
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ServiceNow CIS Certification a plus (CIS-PPM or APM preferred)
  • BS degree in Computer Science, or related discipline from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience
  • ITIL Certifications a plus
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Productivity suite skills

Note: Base salary range is $123,250 to $189,750. This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
