Our maiden product, Asoriba is a web church management software and content distribution platform for effective church management designed for leaders and a mobile app for members to receive content from their church and pay tithes and offerings.

Job Description
As the names stands for, the Client Success team is the most friendly and empathetic team in Asoriba, they make sure the clients are so excited they never leave Asoriba, in short, you retain existing clients and upsell them. As a Client Success team member, you will be responsible for ensuring that the church is constantly using the software, assisting clients with challenges they face, doing follow up training for the church staff, visiting the church on a Sunday service and assisting all members to download and use the church app. You will also demonstrate how payments are done via the mobile app to the church. You will ensure that each department head of the church is effectively using the solution for its intended purpose. Specifically,

You will have a clearly defined KPI and expectation measured weekly by your department head.
You will ensure clients keep using and paying for the solution.
You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of churches and their members onto Asoriba. You will gather client feedback and ensure solutions are rapidly delivered. If a church leaves the solution, you will gather information as to why the church left and how we can prevent such occurrences.
Responsibilities Overview
Your typical day will be to start with a general team standup, then making calls to church leaders the sales team has closed, to finalise the date for training system users or administrators. Once that date is set, you will go in to train them both on the web and mobile. After, you will ask for their member data if they already have it you will guide them to upload it. If they do not, you will book a date and time where you and/or the SWAT team will go in to administer membership forms to members who will complete it on that day. You and/or the SWAT team will input this data into excel and upload it into the system with the assistance of the church administrators.
On the next Sunday after the church data has been uploaded and administrators trained, you will visit the church again with Free Wifi to assist members download and join their church on the mobile app. Then after, you will walk them through how they can pay their tithes and offerings to their church through the app.
Specific Responsibilities
- Setting up a church properly on Asoriba
- Providing daily support for clients across the globe
- Visiting client churches/ministries to ensure they are effectively using the solution
- Providing rapid solutions to clients issues
- Training Church leaders to use the web based church management software both web and mobile.
- Assisting members to download mobile app
- Training or Demonstrating how payment can be done via the mobile app
- Any other thing that you may be assigned to.
- Reminding clients about upcoming payments and collecting money when time is due
Requirements
- Very empathetic person and concerned about details
- Pays attention to details
- Task oriented and quick to respond to issues
- Very familiar with excel spreadsheet, concatenation of words into different columns
- An HND or Bachelors in any relevant course, or significant equivalent experience.
- At least 1 month experience in selling any product (preferably software),
- At least 1 month experience providing client support and assistance (preferably software).
- A strong and clear vocal communication skills.
- A high level of proficiency using a smart phone, power point slide, excel and browser (preferably google docs.
- Willingness to spend your Sundays in other churches either than yours
- An attitude to simply get things done using creative means
