Assistant Producer (Italy)

THE POSITION

Miniclip is looking for an Assistant Producer to hire in our Genova (Italy) Games Development Studio.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your producer skills in free-to-play mobile products: contribute to create new games and work on highly successful live games at a leading mobile games studio!

This is a full-time, permanent position, so please only apply if you have the right to work in Italy.

DUTIES

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assist producers and coordinate with project team
• Keep track of promotional campaigns and coordinate with marketing team
• Monitor and analyze live projects performances through game analytics tool
• Research and analyze market trends and competitors and strive to be up to date on the current state of the art for mobile freemium applications
• Effectively link together Producer and Designer with all the components of the team, both local (in the Genova studio) and remote (Lisbon and London studios)
• Coordinating the localization of our games so that they can be played in different countries and languages
• Coordinating the localization of our games so that they can be played in different countries and languages
• Handling all media content, such as uploading screenshots and descriptions of upgrades, through iTunesConnect or other similar platforms
• Update and maintain game documentation
• Contribute to design features and UX flow in accordance with Miniclip standards
• Report to game producer and production&design department lead

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

We are looking for a social, hard-working person who enjoys working in team and is passionate about games, and mobile free-to-play. Candidates with proven game development experience will be preferred.

The ideal candidate will be articulate, energetic, with the following attributes:

• Passion for videogames in general, and casual/mobile in particular
• Proven experience and fondness in dealing with game analytics
• Proven game prototyping experience, preferably with Unity
• Coordination ability, and attitude for team work
• Great collaborator, with super written and oral communication skills
• English language mastery
• Skill designing games, preferably on mobile, preferably with strong gameplay elements
• Experience across the product life-cycle, from initial concept & prototyping through to updating and optimising a live free-to-play game.
• Good knowledge of the mobile & social game space, and solid grasp of current design techniques to deliver excellent engagement, retention, and monetisation.
• Highly numerate, with a solid mathematical background, and ability to design virtual currencies and manage in-game economies.
• Creative problem solver and highly organised
