Assistant Sales Manager

Represent the company in local business partnerships, and other speaking engagements

Lead the Acquisition team in gathering quality accounts
Lead the Account Management team to build positive relationships with key accounts, maximizing growth opportunities, and retention.
Reports directly to the Sales Manager
A strategic sales professional who can get the team to work together in meeting aggressive sales targets
Willingness to push unpopular or difficult choices that benefit the growth of the organization.
At least 5 years of leadership experience managing sales and account management teams.
Strong data analytic skills
Great industry knowledge with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding team targets
Must be willing to work within the office on a daily basis and travel for business when / where needed.
