Assistant Sales Manager

TLDR

Drive local business growth by leading the Acquisition and Account Management teams, developing key partnerships, and exceeding sales targets.

What you'll do:
  • Represent the company in local business partnerships, and other speaking engagements

  • Strategize for local business development opportunities

  • Lead the Acquisition team in gathering quality accounts

  • Lead the Account Management team to build positive relationships with key accounts, maximizing growth opportunities, and retention.

  • Reports directly to the Sales Manager

  • What we seek:
  • A strategic sales professional who can get the team to work together in meeting aggressive sales targets 

  • Willingness to push unpopular or difficult choices that benefit the growth of the organization.

  • What you'll need:
  • At least 5  years of leadership experience managing sales and account management teams. 

  • Strong data analytic skills

  • Great industry knowledge with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding team targets

  • Must be willing to work within the office on a daily basis  and travel for business when / where needed.

  • Willing to work onsite in Lalamove Pampanga Hub- Brgy. Pandan, Angeles, Pampanga
