Drive store performance by leading key sales initiatives such as clienteling, owning the floor during peak moments, and coaching team members to maximize sales through needs-based service and strong product knowledge.

Leverage KPIs and core business drivers (traffic, CVR, AOV, UPT) to influence sales targets and pivot team focus in the moment to meet business needs
