POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Associate, HR Operations, will provide support for the effective functioning of the key HR processes related to the employee life cycle, ensuring the provision of a legally compliant employee. You will lead the new-hire orientation & on-boarding process, in coordination with members of the on-boarding group, creating a positive, inclusive, timely and consistent start for staff. You will use your ability to follow a logical and systematic approach to issues, escalating matters where needed to your team leaders, delivering with accuracy and in set time frames.
This position will report to the HR Business Partners and support the Chief People Officer & HR Team on projects and daily initiatives.
You will (responsibilities):
- Implements the hiring/termination process, new hire orientation program, onboarding processes along with relevant reporting requirements to internal & external stakeholders.
- Participates in administration processes, quantitative analysis & reporting, hiring, and termination process
- Assists with US & global contractor administration (billing, headcount, admin).
- Prepares and delivers new hire orientation while maintaining I9 compliance and new hire documents.
- Conduct 30, 60, 90 days new hire check-ins with new hires.
- Maintains compliance records with jurisdictional employment laws and regulations
- Responsible for employee changes such as new hire, termination, compensation etc.
- Collaborates with the HR Team to execute the performance evaluation process, including but not limited to, initiating evaluation process and data entry updates in performance management system and coordination of evaluation meetings.
- Conducts Exit Interviews and reviews trends while providing valuable information to the business.
- Supports the Chief People Officer, and HR Team on a diverse variety of HR projects and duties that range significantly in size and complexity.
You have (requirements):
- Minimum of 3 years progressive Human Resources Administrative experience required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or related field of study or any equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) such as UltiPro, is preferred.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook
- Demonstrated experience with creating professional and comprehensive presentations and spreadsheets.
- Evidence of an effective team player that is flexible, motivated and participates in all HR initiatives.
- Ability to analyze complex qualitative and quantitative data
- Ability to handle highly sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to exercise sound judgment.

- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to represent the firm and business with professionalism, poise and model the BPM values.
- Proven time management, organizational, and follow-up skills, with a high comfort level initiating and responding to high volume of phone calls and emails.
- Adept at working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a task-driven focus.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to successfully troubleshoot and resolve unexpected roadblocks, barriers and inquiries from internal and external clients.
- Mature and proactive professional judgement is vital to influence at all levels.
- Accustomed to working remotely with an ability to manage a flexible schedule.
