TLDR
Responsible for reviewing and validating patient documents, accurately splitting, merging, and uploading PDFs, and ensuring correct chart mapping to support healthcare data accuracy.
Basic Skills:
- Basic computer navigation, file handling, and browser-based portal usage
- Ability to view, split, merge, organize, and upload PDF documents accurately
- Quick learner with attention to detail for identifying missing or mismatched data
- Ability to read SOPs, follow instructions, and draft simple clarification emails
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review patient collection/payment documents for accuracy and completeness
- Split, merge, and upload PDFs as per defined process instructions
- Map documents to the correct chart and ensure accurate upload/attachment
- Search portal documents, validate details, and update missing/mismatched information
- Coordinating with project leads to missing, incomplete, or mismatched information
Total Experience:
- Pursuing Arts/Science graduation is preferred
- Typing/Steno exposure is an advantage
Technical Skills:
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, PDF tools, and data entry workflows
- Good written communication and ability to document updates accurately
- Attention to detail, data accuracy, confidentiality awareness, and independence
- 5 Days working – 5.5 Hours each day
