Responsibilities

  • Lead business Operations across business units in Malaysia to support growth - focusing on merchant onboarding, integration, and post purchase experience
  • Coordinate with country GM and Regional Operations Leads for operational activities and setting strategic short and long-term goals
  • Develop and implement innovative metric-driven processes and projects to achieve operational efficiencies across business units in MY
  • Drive systematic improvement and cost-down initiatives
  • Maintain overall operational excellence in all aspects of the business and deliver on KPIs
  • Responsible for team building, performance management, and daily management of the Operations team in Malaysia 

Requirements

  • Prior years of experience managing a team of 5 or more
  • Strong track record of leadership and stakeholder management
  • Effectively work with cross-functional teams to drive improvement
  • Able to prioritize and thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to influence without relying on direct authority through interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on with strong problem-solving skills
  • Good at analyzing data to arrive at conclusions
  • Adaptable to change and comfortable with ambiguity
