Associate, Entrepreneur Experience

The Philippine office opened in 2015 and has developed a roster of 34 high-impact entrepreneurs that includes the founders of Xurpas, Kenneth Cobonpue, Coins, Kumu, GrowSari and Great Deals.


The Job: To be a member of the Entrepreneur Experience (EX) team in the Philippine Office. The role involves:

  • Searching for and screening entrepreneur candidates
  • Performing strategic company and financial analysis, and interpreting company and financial data to help the ESG team make decisions on selection
  • Preparing candidate profiles, which are detailed overviews of the candidate's company
  • Preparing and coaching candidates for the various stages of the selection process
  • Leveraging the data available to the Endeavor network, extracting information from diverse sources, transforming raw data into user-friendly reports and generating insights useful for Endeavor, Endeavor entrepreneurs and the Philippine ecosystem.
  • Harnessing the resources within the global Endeavor network to deliver and track a development plan for entrepreneurs who have been selected
  • Establishing strong relationships with Endeavor mentors, investors, corporates, and other potential partners that might be able to help entrepreneurs

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in a professional business role
  • A mission-driven individual who is passionate about the entrepreneurial landscape in the Philippines
  • Experience abroad a huge plus
  • Computer programming experience a plus
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English
  • Strong presentation skills (Powerpoint, etc)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of basic finance and accounting concepts
  • Proficiency in analytical tools used to process data (Excel, AirTable, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Proficiency in presentation tools used to report insights from data analysis (Powerpoint, Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to wear many hats
  • Willingness to travel
