Associate Growth Executive

Devsinc is seeking a talented Associate Growth Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by forging strong relationships with prospective clients and efficiently managing the sales process. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential sales opportunities, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales leads through various channels, including LinkedIn and online platforms.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and effectively present solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients to ensure success.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns.
  • Provide consistent reporting on sales activities and outcomes.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly target goals.
  • Participate in outbound marketing campaigns, including phone calls and emails, to identify leads.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM to 3 AM).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-6 months of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT or software sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
