Associate Information Security Specialist

Customer Assurance  

  • Coordinate and respond to customer security and compliance questionnaires in collaboration with internal stakeholders (Security, Legal, Sales, Engineering).  
  • Maintain and update customer-facing security documentation including whitepapers, and FAQ materials.  
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer assurance materials such as certifications, policies, and security summaries.  
  • Documentation & Knowledge Management  
  • Maintain and organize the GRC internal team SharePoint site, ensuring that internal teams can easily find what they need quickly.  
  • Collaborate with audit and policy team to maintain the latest versions of evidence.  
  • Assist in creating and maintaining internal process documentation and knowledge base articles to support repeatable and scalable GRC operations.  
  • Operational Support  

  • Help track and follow up on action items related to compliance initiatives and security reviews.  
  • Support the GRC team in preparing reports, presentations, or summaries for internal stakeholders.  
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance documentation practices.  
  • Support Third Party Risk Management Program   
  • Requirement:
  • 1–2 years of experience in GRC, cybersecurity compliance, customer support, or related functions.  
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—both written and verbal.  
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, SharePoint, Jira or similar document management platforms.  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team  
  • Ability to accommodate meeting times with North America based team, within reason  
  • Preferred : 

  • Familiarity with security, AI, and privacy frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 42001, SOC 2).  
  • Experience handling customer security questionnaires or RFP security questions.  
  • Knowledge of SaaS and cloud technologies.  
  • Experience utilizing AI with human oversight to increase productivity, improve processes. 
  • Experience with GRC platforms like Vanta or similar tools.  
  • Relevant security, risk or compliance certifications such as Security+, CompTIA, ISC2, GRCP, or CISA  
  • All employees are expected to demonstrate AI fluency appropriate to their role and level, including responsible use of AI tools, sound judgment, and adherence to company AI governance and security policy standards.
