Associate - Product Management

Key Responsibilities :

Research and development, enhancements and redesign of our product, in line with the established strategy and vision of the organisation

Design and develop our product, in line with the overall vision and strategy of the organisation and its business

Participate in all processes associated with writing and defining product specs

Engage in product specification reviews with key stakeholders

Responsible for the strategic conversion of complex ideas into products that deliver efficient business outcomes

Track and monitor Key Performance Indicators to maintain positive product outcomes

Work with and drive cross functional teams to deliver on business objectives

Job Requirements :

Experience: 1-2 year of relevant experience in same or similar domain

Education: B.tech CS/IT mandatory

Data Analysis: Proficient in utilizing data analytics tools to derive actionable insights for  informed decision-making.

Product Evaluation: Skilled in assessing product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.

Communication: Strong communication skills, demonstrated through the preparation of  comprehensive reports and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in data analysis,  documentation, and requirement gathering.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify problems, gather relevant information, and propose practical solutions to improve product performance and user experience. An ability to balance technical and business considerations in decision-making.
