Associate Replenishment Manager- Walmart

Summary of responsibilities and position requirements

• PO Management
• Evaluate all incoming PO's for pricing, accuracy, & timing of avails for the Customer Service team to process the orders.
• Modify PO's within WM's NOVA system (Cancels, MABD revisions, qty changes, price changes, etc).
• Manage PO's:  Initial receipt, release status, pick status, shipment from SN, through to arrival and receipt at WM, to include replenishment orders, Modular Sets, & events.
• Daily Orders summary sent to Walmart Sales team.
• Communicate booking/pickup issues for resolution with WM.
• Answer PO level questions/summary requests from WM.
• Manage DDP/DI container/PO tracking.
• Manage the relationship between Sales & internal Customer Service team.
• Work with sales to set order fulfillment priority goals based on product availability.
• Communicate actions needed to execute priorities with the Customer Service team.
• OTIF
• Follow up as needed to prevent potential charges.
• Track upcoming MABD's for late deliveries & revise to avoid potential charges.
• Track approved OTIF exclusions/exceptions from WM so that charges are not incurred.
• Track potential OTIF fines for avoidance asks.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science is preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience in replenishment, supply chain, sales forecasting, or inventory management
• Strong experience with Retail Link, GRS, & TMS systems
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Intermediate to Advanced Proficiency in Excel and general analytics
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment that enable & develop relationships across functional stakeholders
• High sense of urgency, strategic thinker, self-starter, solid and effective multi-tasker
