B2B Event Manager

TLDR

Own and professionalize a global events engine, shaping strategy and execution across conferences and webinars to drive pipeline growth, brand visibility, and ROI.

Hi, I'm Rosa, Head of Brand at FeedbackFruits. 👋

At FeedbackFruits, conferences and events are one of our biggest growth channels. They play a huge role in how we build relationships, strengthen our presence in higher education, and connect with the people who shape the future of learning.

We’ve built strong momentum through conferences and events over the past few years, and this channel has become one of the biggest drivers of our growth. As we continue scaling internationally and investing more in brand-led growth, I’m looking for someone great to come in and fully own this space. Someone who can take what’s already working, elevate it further, and help us create even more meaningful experiences and impact through events.

That’s why I’m hiring an Event Manager.

I’m looking for someone who can fully own and professionalize our global events engine. Someone who is highly operational, loves bringing order to moving pieces, and gets energy from making complex things run seamlessly. You’ll take ownership of our global conference and event calendar end to end, from strategy and planning to execution and optimization, while working closely with teams across Marketing, New Business, and Partner Success. Alongside that, you’ll support the marketing team with the operational side of our monthly webinars, helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is about much more than logistics. Conferences are one of our strongest lead drivers, so your work directly contributes to pipeline growth, brand visibility, and business impact. You’ll help us make smarter decisions around which events we invest in, how we show up, and how we create memorable experiences that actually move the needle.

You’ll have strong support from the wider team, especially around content, design, and growth campaigns, but this role comes with real autonomy. We’re looking for someone who wants to make this function their own and shape how events contribute to FeedbackFruits’ next stage of growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Own FeedbackFruits’ global conference calendar end to end, from planning through execution and follow-up

  • Lead our presence at industry conferences, trade shows, and sponsored events across Europe, the US, and APAC

  • Coordinate and execute 15–20 conferences and events annually, plus 1–2 webinars per month

  • Manage event logistics including registrations, booth setup, materials, merchandise, vendor coordination, sponsorship deliverables, and attendee experience

  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure everyone knows what’s happening, when, and what’s needed from them

  • Organize travel logistics and planning when relevant for attending team members

  • Support webinar execution, including scheduling, speaker coordination, timelines, and attendee experience

  • Build clear project plans and keep multiple initiatives moving without things slipping through the cracks

  • Partner with Marketing, Growth, New Business and Partner Success to maximize event ROI and lead generation

  • Help determine which conferences and event opportunities are worth investing in based on strategic priorities and business impact

  • Track and analyze event performance, including registrations, attendance, pipeline contribution, and ROI

  • Continuously improve how we approach events, making processes smarter, more scalable, and easier to run

What you bring:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in B2B event planning, coordination, or management, ideally in tech or SaaS

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to keep many moving parts organized at once

  • Experience running conferences, trade shows, and sponsored events from planning to execution

  • You’re highly structured, detail-oriented, and naturally think a few steps ahead

  • You enjoy owning execution and take pride in making things run smoothly

  • You’re proactive and independent. You spot what needs doing and move things forward without waiting to be asked

  • You understand that events are not just about logistics, but about brand, relationships, and business outcomes

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus

  • 25 paid vacation days per year

  • Hybrid work environment

  • Learning & Development budget and leave

  • Company laptop

  • Swapfiets bike subscription

  • Free access to the office gym
