Back Office Representative - Call Verification
TLDR
Reviews recorded client–customer calls and uploads review reports to Salesforce.
This position will review recorded calls between client and customer. The agents will collect value calls from the pool of recordings which will be later on reviewed by the clients. After each call review, the report generated from the review will be uploaded in Salesforce.
