In our down time we have ping pong and corn hole (or “bags,” depending on where you’re from) tournaments. However, the pace is pretty quick around here, so you'll need to be prepared to keep up.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Oversight of entire Carvana candidate background check experience, I-9 workflow
• Spearhead continuous process improvements across process and procedures
• Deliver on reporting requirements and asks to internal partners
• Partner with People Systems group on establishing and maintaining critical integrations
• Collaborate with Carvana Legal and DOT teams to ensure compliance across state and federal laws in procedures
• Audit procedures, including background decisions, criminal calls
• Complete annual internal I9 audits
• Handle escalated cases with recruiting, candidates and vendors with the upmost care and concern for customer service
• Lead, motivate and develop background team

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• 1+ years’ experience supervisory position required
• Compliance, audit, background check and FCRA experience required
• Experience managing third party vendor relationships preferred
• DOT exposure preferred
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in developing effective methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results
• Exceptional customer service mindset at all times
• Demonstrated experience in developing successful internal partnerships; effectively collaborate with a variety of people and job functions.
• Driven to deliver results and support of high volume recruiting
