Beauty Brand Partnerships Manager

The opportunity.

Having launched beauty across both Frasers & FLANNELS we are looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager who can elevate and drive the category across the group. Building out 360 in-store and online partnerships with our beauty brands across the group, the Brand Partnerships Manager will deliver market-leading campaigns that disrupt the industry, reporting into the Senior Beauty Marketing Manager and working closely with the beauty commercial team.

The responsibility.

As part of this role, you will be a key contact for our beauty brand partners across the group (House of Fraser, Frasers & the newly launched FLANNELS Beauty), working with them to create commercially successful marketing campaigns which meet both the party’s objectives. You will lead supplier funding negotiations and measure the success of all campaigns based on commercial and marketing KPIs, implementing learnings for future campaigns to ensure the category is always developing:

  • Manage all brand partner marketing relationships and supplier funding negotiations
  • Drive the marketing and promotional calendar for beauty and ensure effective communications of all campaign activities and events to relevant departments
  • Manage the category marketing budget including negotiating funding from brand partners
  • Work closely with suppliers and cross-functional colleagues with regards to advertising, promotions, visual merchandising, in-store sites & opportunities, press & influencers, digital elevation and more
  • Build strong relationships with all key business partners and suppliers, acting as an ambassador, customer and category champion for House of Fraser, Frasers & FLANNELS
  • Analyse sales to measure campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for future campaigns and to attract supplier funding for new and ongoing initiatives.  Monitor supplier performance to meet agreed promotional targets

The person.

  • 3+ year’s experience in marketing – planning, executing and measuring 360 campaigns
  • Excellent relationship buidling and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Beauty and/or fashion experience a bonus
