ANNA Autism Care is hiring passionate Behavior Therapists (BTs) to deliver evidence-based, 1 on 1 therapy to children with Autism using the Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) approach. If you're looking for a career in autism therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), or child development, you will receive extensive training and clinical supervision when working at our center-based Autism care center.
What ANNA Autism Care Offers:
• Competitive Pay + Signing Bonus: $24–$26/hr starting pay. Earn $126 upon completing onboarding training and an additional $400 after 6 months.

• Full-Time Hours: 25–35 hours per week with a stable clinic-based schedule working with 5-7 clients in a clinical pod.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision to teach new skills in communication and socialization while reducing any challenging, injurious behaviors.
Deliver play-based, child-centered therapy using the NDBI framework.
Collect accurate session data and communicate progress with clinical supervisors.
Build positive relationships with children and families, providing caregivers with daily updates.
Maintain a safe, organized and engaging therapy environment.
Qualifications:
Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
Passionate about working with children with Autism and eager to grow in the ABA field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, or related field preferred (not required).
Experience working with children preferred.
Able to perform physically active tasks: sitting on the floor, crawling, running, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintaining close proximity to clients during sessions.
