Biosafety Cabinet Testing & Certification Technician - NSF Certified

Essential responsibilities and duties include:

• Work with Triumvirate’s Engineering Team to perform Testing & Certifications within our client’s R&D Lab spaces
• Working with clients and service managers to coordinate and schedule work.
• Assure gas decontamination and certification of biological safety cabinets and chemical fume hoods are performed per contract and industry standards.
• Preparing, reviewing, and/or transmitting project reports and certifications.
• Assuring the maintenance/certification of equipment for decontamination, certification, and sterilization are current.
• Periodically provide support for decommissioning, laboratory equipment decontamination, and calibration.
• Provide support for closure assessments associated with our client’s R&D facilities, labs, pharmacies, and clean rooms
• Available to travel and overnight stays.
• Flexible working hours, including possible off-hours and weekends.

Required qualifications:

• NSF certification for biological safety cabinets required.
• In depth knowledge of hood and cabinet testing standards and testing instrumentation highly preferred.
• Experience with laboratory building systems, and/or laboratory infrastructure helpful
• Bachelors degree preferred but not required
• OSHA 40-hour training is an advantage

Pay Range:

$90,000. to $110,000. annual salary
