Part-Time Bookkeeper – PM Real Estate
Location: In-Office | Part-Time
About Us:
PM Real Estate is a growing rental management company dedicated to providing exceptional service to property owners and tenants. We're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Bookkeeper to join our in-office team on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
• Reconcile monthly bank and ledger accounts
• Record and categorize income and expenses for managed properties
• Process owner disbursements and vendor payments
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Generate financial reports as needed
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Experience with AppFolio property management software strongly preferred
• Bookkeeping or accounting experience required (2+ years preferred)
• Familiarity with property management or real estate accounting a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
