Strong understanding of awareness campaigns, brand building, storytelling, channel strategy, and campaign measurement.
Experience translating business or brand priorities into clear briefs, launch plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Ability to connect strategy and execution — thinking big while managing details.
Strong stakeholder management skills, especially in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
High ownership, autonomy, and operational discipline.
Ability to work closely with creative, PR, media, social, product, design, legal, people, and external partners.
Strong instinct for what makes a campaign relevant, clear, and effective.
Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Lead the planning and execution of integrated brand and awareness campaigns.
Turn brand strategy and business priorities into campaign briefs, timelines, workflows, and launch plans.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across PR, social, paid media, creative, design, events, institutional projects, product, legal, and external partners.
Ensure every campaign has a clear objective, audience, message, channel strategy, timeline, budget, and success metrics.
Partner with the Creative Copywriter to shape concepts, messaging, headlines, scripts, and campaign narratives.
Partner with the Awareness Media Specialist to align creative assets, audiences, paid media plans, and reporting.
Work with PR to identify press angles, thought leadership opportunities, and reputation-building moments.
Work with Institutional Projects to turn partnerships, incentive law projects, and special initiatives into stronger brand stories.
Create and maintain campaign calendars, status reports, approval flows, and operating rituals.
Track campaign performance, consolidate learnings, and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
Act as the senior operational partner to the Head of Brand & Comms, helping remove the day-to-day execution burden from leadership.
Experience in tech, fintech, payments, SaaS, AI, or fast-growth companies.
Experience with global or multi-market campaigns.
Familiarity with brand lift, reach, frequency, share of voice, brand search, and awareness measurement.
Experience working with media, PR, creative, production, or social agencies.
Experience with executive-level stakeholders.
Background in both strategy and hands-on execution.
