BIG PICTURE:
We are now building a brand integration business to unlock new revenue streams and deepen relationships between brands, our studio, and our talent. This is a ground-floor opportunity for a visionary leader to develop and scale this division into a multimillion-dollar business. The Brand & Integration Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive brand partnerships and integrations across Dhar Mann Studios’ content and platforms. This leader will own the P&L for the business, creating and executing the go-to-market strategy, sales collateral, demand generation, and outreach efforts. They will also oversee campaign ideation, execution, and performance tracking to ensure impactful brand collaborations.
This is an entrepreneurial role requiring a high-energy, strategic, and hands-on leader who can build relationships, negotiate deals, and drive results.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:
- Build and execute the go-to-market strategy for the brand integration business, driving a multimillion-dollar P&L.
- Manage outreach and demand generation, developing sales collateral, pricing models, and positioning strategies to drive a strong pipeline of brand partnerships.
- Actively build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and key industry players.
- Negotiate contracts and sponsorship deals to maximize revenue and long-term partnerships.
- Develop custom campaign concepts that align with brand objectives and Dhar Mann Studios’ content.
- Oversee campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring smooth collaboration between brands and production.
- Act as a liaison between production and brand partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Track campaign results and ROI, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Continuously refine strategies based on performance metrics and market trends
WHAT YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, sales, or talent management within media, entertainment, or digital content.
- Strong understanding of social media, branded content, and analytics.
- Proven track record of closing deals, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
- A deep rolodex of relevant brand partners for Dhar Mann Studios and our broad family audience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present compelling brand solutions.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
WHO OVERSEES YOU:
The Brand / Integration Manager will report to the CEO, with a matrix relationship with Sr. Manager, Content & Social.
