Brand Performance Marketing Manager

LinkedIn is seeking a Brand Performance Marketing Manager to join our Global Brand Marketing team. We’re looking for a data-driven, results-oriented, consumer marketer to support the activation of campaigns that build the LinkedIn brand and help us connect emotionally to our members at an exciting time in our growth.

In this role, you will work across the organization to lead brand marketing measurement strategy for global multi-channel brand marketing campaigns to showcase business impact. You will partner with cross-functional teams to measure impact, optimize investments, and deliver results. You will also support campaign go-to-market strategies based on consumer insights and research. Responsibilities:

  • Lead best in class brand marketing measurement strategy for large, complex, cross-functional, and multi-channel global campaigns including TV, Out of Home, audio, digital, social, experiential
  • Partner closely with cross functional internal teams including Business Operations, Data Science, Market Research, Marketing Operations, Media Strategy, Product Marketing and more to operationalize measurement strategy
  • Build and manage brand marketing campaign dashboards, and marketing technologies like media mix models and multi-touch attribution
  • Evaluate campaign performance with ongoing reporting and analysis, and provide recommendations for optimizing/improving campaigns
  • Lead reporting for brand marketing initiatives across all levels of the organization from executives to cross-functional to regional teams, and ensure we’re leveraging learnings ongoing
  • Support go-to-market campaign strategies backed by consumer insights and research
  • Provide ongoing thought leadership on best practices in measuring brand marketing impact and effectiveness

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in data driven consumer marketing roles
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience and a record of building data-driven marketing campaign strategies with proven business impact, consumer tech experience preferred
  • Superb analytical and quantitative skills, ability to ask the right questions, think strategically and make recommendations
  • Experience in building measurement strategies including developing tools like dashboards, media mix models, multi touch attribution
  • A consistent track record of developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional internal and external relationships, global experience preferred
  • Strong consumer judgment and ability to convert insights into action
  • Ability to think creatively, to come up with out-of-the-box solutions
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and thought leadership
  • Proven ability to adapt to change, get to clarity from ambiguity and draw energy from building programs from the ground up
  • Natural storyteller with the ability to inspire diverse audiences, from senior executives to data science teams to creative teams
This role will be based in either Sunnyvale, San Francisco, NYC depending on which location the applicant chosen for the role is currently residing.
