Brand Success Agent

As a Brand Success Agent, you will build long term partnerships and drive business growth for our signed brands by joining our amazing team in the Milan office.  You will collaborate with international brands to drive their success through developing a customised growth strategy in order to maximise sales, increase high-demand stock level and optimise profitability on the long term. You will support our brand partners in navigating the Miinto ecosystem to fulfil their business needs while achieving Miinto company targets at the same time.

In joining our team as a Brand Success Agent, you will also secure strong implementation and buy-in on new initiatives and new project roll-outs, acting as an ambassador for the company both internally and externally.

What you'll do

  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance analysis to Brands
  • Support the Brand Growth Manager in daily tasks
  • Provide advisory on how to improve our Brands' performance on Miinto via related assortment optimizations
  • Provide support with issues related to feed & integration issues
  • Provide consultation on accounting/finance-related requests, e.g profit calculation
  • Improve portfolio performance for specified metrics, e.g: cNPS, shipping time, acceptance time, stock level, return rate, GMV and GMV growth, discount share and market exposure
  • Handle negotiations related to logistics, churns, termination and win-back of partners
  • Handle incoming inquiries from Brands using following channels: chat, mail, video and phone calls

What we're looking for

  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in working in the fashion industry - preferably global e-commerce, and/or retail operations
  • Analytical and proactive mindset
  • Curiosity to learn and understand technical issues
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good communication skills and high-quality awareness
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive approach, drive and determination to achieve sales objectives and KPIs
  • Team-oriented personality enjoying working closely with others
