ANGA Mastery is a new business unit under ANGA Bangkok, delivering comprehensive digital marketing training for individuals and organizations.
Brand Management
- Support the development and execution of branding strategies to strengthen brand awareness and positioning.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels, campaigns, content, and marketing materials.
- Maintain and uphold the company's brand identity, tone of voice, and visual standards.
- Monitor brand performance, audience perception, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
Creative Development
- Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas for marketing initiatives and brand activities.
- Brainstorm and propose innovative ideas to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and stakeholders to bring creative concepts to life.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Basic Canva design is a must to publish small contents.
Content Creation & Management
- Plan and manage content calendars across social media and marketing channels especially Tiktok, Facebook and Linkedin
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, email marketing, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Develop compelling brand stories and messaging to strengthen audience connection.
- Coordinate content production and ensure timely delivery of all marketing assets.
- Collaborate with designers and videographers for compelling visual assets. For example, online courses, videos for the LMS, leaflets for booths, and etc.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across all relevant platforms.
- Schedule, publish, and optimize content to maximize engagement and reach.
- Monitor audience interactions and maintain positive community engagement.
- Track and analyze social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Marketing Campaigns
- Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign activities to ensure successful implementation and achievement of objectives.
- Support lead generation, brand awareness, and audience engagement initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
Event Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, workshops, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Manage event logistics, timelines, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, speakers, and stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.
- Ensure all events reflect the company's brand identity and provide a positive participant experience.
Market Research & Analysis
- Research market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
- Identify new opportunities to strengthen brand positioning and marketing effectiveness.
- Provide recommendations based on research findings and performance data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with management, sales teams, designers, instructors, and external partners.
- Coordinate projects across departments to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Support business growth initiatives through branding, marketing, and creative solutions.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Track and report key marketing, content, social media, and event performance metrics.
- Evaluate results and recommend improvements for future campaigns and initiatives.
- Continuously seek innovative approaches to enhance brand presence and audience engagement.
