Business Analyst

Overview:

IT Business Analyst mission is to provide technical and functional support to users of the banks EIR Flows. Usually this position consists in support to user's requests; issues, questions and change management; coordination with other levels of support. In addition, it will be required to provide feedback to user and communicate on issue resolution.

What will you do?

• Ensure end user support (Back Office, Finance teams, Business units) to resolve production issues
• Follow-up on production monitoring, incident management, and prepare incident dashboards             
• Monitor business accounting entries, analyse rejects and inform businesses 
• Ensure system administration and maintenance (rules management, data dictionary management, set up of the accounting and non-accounting flows…) 
• Work closely with central IT teams on production monitoring and incidents management
• Support monthly  and quarterly financial closing activities

What are we looking for?

• Mainframe (Cobol or JCL) - Expert
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Expert
• Pro-active attitude with ability to work in a multicultural fast changing and demanding environment     
• Strong analytical mind, problem solving, planning & organization skills       
• Work in a multi cultural environment
• Fluent in English
