Business Operations - MBA Intern

Business Operations works across all teams at Stripe to drive growth. You might help us win new market segments, improve our customer acquisition metrics, or implement business systems/processes that enable us to scale our sales efforts. In all cases, if you're competitive, analytical and an amazing teammate, we want to hear from you!
 
You might:
· Sell into new segments to help us win reference customers
· Work with product to launch reference customers
· Define our go-to market strategy within these segments
· Help us structure growth-related operational strategies and processes
· Work with marketing to establish customer acquisition metrics, and build new customer channels
· Work with sales and account management to provide customer feedback to our engineering teams
· Implement and manage the business systems and processes that support our growth
 
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
· 2+ years of experience in consulting, VC/PE, investment banking, or any other analytical role within a rapidly growing company.
· A knack for working well with a wide range of people.
· A process-oriented mindset.
· Outstanding analytical ability.
· Experience with SQL or a willingness/aptitude to learn.
 
Nice to haves:
· Prior experience at a growth stage internet or software company..
· Coding ability.
